Operate and maintain engineering plotting devices
Request and input all pertinent information about all drawings and documents into the EDMS
Maintain record retention logs on active and closed projects
Assist with file transfers, plotting and reproductive services across all engineering teams
Administer access rights and use revision controls across different client Asset Management Systems to ensure the security of the EDMS, the integrity of the company and quality of client documents
Assist in the processing of documents and drawing through the utilization of the Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) for the entire lifecycle of the files
Manage the shipping and delivery of client submittals
