Park Rangers will maintain cycling and walking paths, keep car parks tidy, and ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for guests. They will also conduct land and woodland management, organise and deliver fishing events, and work closely with the Estate Manager to uphold visitor safety.
Rangers will assist in fishery management by maintaining appropriate stock levels and quality, reporting variances, providing weekly catch data, and ensuring compliance with relevant permits and hire bylaws. They will have the chance to develop commercial fishing events and promote the fishery and wider water park through social media channels.
Candidates should have experience in the maintenance and management of country parks or fisheries, and preferably a land‑management or water‑based practical qualification. Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a full driving licence are essential. Availability to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays is required.
To apply, submit an up‑to‑date CV (a cover letter is recommended) and we will contact you after the closing date. Successful candidates will undergo standard employment checks such as references, driving licence, DBS and right‑to‑work verification. Join Anglian Water’s future and help build environmental and social prosperity in the region.
