

Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting
Site inspections and reporting during construction
Managing statutory approvals and compliance processes
Review of design documentation and architectural shop drawings
Managing architectural design development through to delivery
Oversight of defects management and warranty periods
Client-side project management of a $50m+ building project
Running a major client-side project through full lifecycle, with a strong focus on architectural design management, stakeholder coordination and delivery of a complex pharma facility valued at $50m+
Managing procurement of consultants, contractors, FFE and specialist packages
Ensuring compliance with WHS, governance and university processes
Attending and managing Design User Group meetings and tracking actions
Managing progress claims, payment schedules and cost reporting
Coordinating consultants, stakeholders and contractors
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar
Minimum 5+ years’ experience delivering projects valued at $50m+
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong client-side project management experience
Contract Administration experience on Design & Construct projects
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex interfaces
They are now seeking an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to support the delivery of this complex, design-intensive project, working closely with senior stakeholders, consultants and contractors. The role has a strong emphasis on architectural design management, stakeholder engagement and contract administration through design, procurement and construction.
Proven experience managing architectural design through delivery
Experience in health, laboratory, research or highly serviced buildings preferred
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a live project environment
