As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll serve as the single point of contact for flooring installation projects, overseeing everything from pre-construction planning to final close-out. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, general contractors, and clients to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

  • Oversee field operations to ensure work meets plans, specs, and timelines
  • Manage punch-list completion and warranty documentation
  • Coordinate material ordering, subcontractor negotiations, and jobsite logistics
  • Conduct site visits, safety inspections, and toolbox talks
  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • Lead scope reviews, safety assessments, and schedule development
  • Maintain strong relationships with general contractors and internal teams
  • Process change orders and track project profitability

  • English proficiency; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
  • Experience managing subcontractor crews and coordinating multiple trades
