As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll serve as the single point of contact for flooring installation projects, overseeing everything from pre-construction planning to final close-out. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, general contractors, and clients to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Oversee field operations to ensure work meets plans, specs, and timelines
- Manage punch-list completion and warranty documentation
- Coordinate material ordering, subcontractor negotiations, and jobsite logistics
- Conduct site visits, safety inspections, and toolbox talks
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Lead scope reviews, safety assessments, and schedule development
- Maintain strong relationships with general contractors and internal teams
- Process change orders and track project profitability

- Background in commercial flooring installation or project oversight
- 2–5 years of experience in general contracting, construction management, or construction administration

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
- English proficiency; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience managing subcontractor crews and coordinating multiple trades
