  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including business development, and engagement throughout project delivery.
  • Use your technical, project management and client relationship skills to lead the technical delivery of small and medium projects and make a valued contribution as part of a dynamic inter-disciplinary team on major projects.
  • Undertaking hydraulic modelling and design services for water and wastewater systems for projects in both SA and Australia-wide.
  • Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting in developing solutions, and preparation of technical reports, designs & specifications, client proposals and presentations.

  • For the right candidate, we will consider a part-time appointment (minimum of 0.8 FTE).
  • Experience working with contractors in a D&C arrangement is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, coupled with 5+ years’ experience that includes the development and review of hydraulic models associated with water and wastewater networks.
  • The ability to lead and/or work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team across the project lifecycle
  • Exposure to water and wastewater hydraulic modelling tools (Bentley OpenFlows Water & Innovyze Infoworks ICM).
  • Eligible to be a Professional Member of Engineers Australia
  • Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals.
