Set directions and mobilize the entire department to meet common, clearly defined goals. Use knowledge of team members’ strengths and weaknesses to provide appropriate mix of autonomy and control to achieve strong results while also allowing for development of skills.

Proven track record in improving collections performance in a partnership-driven setting.
10+ years of collections or receivables management experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role. (Preferably within a large law firm or professional services environment)

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Assertive, proactive, and professional; ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
Demonstrated analytical skills, strong critical thinking, and ability to spot problem areas and propose solutions.
