AV tech support for meetings and events at corporate headquarters
Escalate housekeeping and technical issues outside of AV to appropriate department via Facilities or IT Help Desks
Provide onsite and in-room support to customers as requested
Provide team support for “Special” and Executive level events
Take responsibility and ownership of any identified or customer reported faults with AV or VTC systems and monitor all actions taken to resolve the faults
Assist with facility and customer requests.
Setup, testing, operation, and (to a lesser extent) tear down of AV and VTC equipment
Maintain conference room integrity in compliance with SOPs
Assist in the maintenance of AV/VTC operations inventories
Provide consultation and education to all levels of end users on presentation technology equipment
Assist with furniture reconfiguration
Provide extensive troubleshooting for AV and VTC related technology
Manage and maintain AV and VTC support ranging from simple (Desktop) to complete (Video Walls, Network Services, Digital Signage, etc.)
Respond to customer special requests and last-minute changes
Assist senior staff with equipment installation, rack and stack and cable harnessing; cable pulling and termination of connections.
Execute and assist the Video Operations Center in all aspects of videoconferences including call set up, end user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of issues
Perform regular preventive maintenance checks
Set and maintain proactive executive/high profile meeting support levels
Assist and support in the development of standard conference room documentation including room specific Tip Sheets and SOPs

Minimum 5 years of experience in the AV field
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects with differing complexity, content, and deadlines
Strong background working with Microsoft Teams/MTR, Extron, Crestron, and/or Tandberg as well as Lync/Skype for Business.

Photography and videography experience needed
Hotel or IACC Certified Conference Center AV experience.
Proficiency installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Audio DSP's (i.e. BIAMP, Clear one, Crestron). ISDN/IP data networks and videoconferencing bridges and gateways as well as cabling are pluses.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Desired Skills
Work effectively both independently and within a team·
Industry relevant training (CTS) or technical courses strongly desired
High School Diploma/GED
Strong knowledge with demonstrated experience using VTC Codec's (Polycom and Cisco), Audio Mixers, Control Systems, AV automation, Wiring, Amplifiers, Microphones, Projection systems, Video Cameras and other AV peripheral equipment.
