

Develops Fortnite, Unreal Engine, Epic Games Store and game‑engine tools powering gaming and entertainment.
You will be the first point of contact for compensation‑related issues, triaging questions from the People Team. Responsibilities include conducting ad‑hoc market compensation analyses, administering broad‑based, executive, LTI and STI programs, and developing training and coaching materials for HR partners, recruiters, and leaders. You will use market data to inform analyses and support decision‑making, while ensuring compliance with federal and local laws such as the FLSA and creating corrective action plans where needed. Additional projects within HR Operations may be assigned to help build a world‑class HR infrastructure.
We require direct experience with compensation programs, plans, and processes, preferably in gaming, technology, entertainment, or media. Candidates should have consultative experience administering base and variable pay, proficiency with Workday HRIS, and familiarity with major compensation survey vendors like Radford. Strong intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills, effective communication, organization, and time‑management abilities are also essential.
