Requirements

• Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities.
• At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience (required).
• Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
• Outbound calling lists plus self-generated leads = unlimited pipeline potential.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
