Accounts & Purchasing Assistant

Description

The position works closely with the GLF Head Office team—including the Technical Director, Commercial Manager, Production Manager, Purchasing and Accounts departments—as well as external suppliers, fostering collaboration across the organisation.

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
• Approve invoices for payment, log them daily and control monthly supplier statements.
• Monitor delivery notes, verify accuracy and match them with invoices.
• Record, file and report all transactions correctly.
• Liaise with all departments as required.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.

Requirements

• Strong planning and negotiation abilities.
• English communication at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Payroll experience desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Sage knowledge a plus.
