  • Responsible for the short-range programme management and reporting
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress and any issues
  • Responsible for the completion of scopes against the approved budgets
  • Responsible for the package management of specifics scopes reporting on all aspects of works from a safety, productivity and qualify perspective
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
  • Lead and manage all engineering aspects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our civil and structures teams managing self-perform and subcontractors works

  • Access to NAWIC membership and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project engineering
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
