Senior Executive of highly regarded capital markets firm in the heart of NYC, is seeking a C-Suite, traditional and dedicated EA with 10+ years of experience to be his true partner and right arm. Heavy and consistent calendar management. Organize breakfast, lunch, and dinner meetings with constant last minute schedule changes. Need someone who can properly articulate and accommodate both the executive and those he meets with. Must be sharp and intuitive and possess exceptional communication skills and be confident, tenacious, efficient and extremely organized, reliable and accessible.
Light travel coordination when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0+ required.
Must have prior experience managing extensive calendaring for an extremely high-level executive out of a fast paced, highly regarded company.
All-in salary up to 250K
