The Commercial Garage Door Installer in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky regional areas will serve our commercial and industrial customers. This role requires an incredible attention to detail and knowledge of best practices in garage door and man door installation, repair, and maintenance. There are opportunities to travel for special projects, as well as training opportunities to continue to develop your skills withing a growing organization.
- Ability to develop estimates and bids for project work, including time, manpower, and materials required
- Experienced with commercial overhead, commercial sectional, and commercial rolling steel doors, high speed doors, commercial operators, etc.
- Ability to both lead a team, and work independently
- General building maintenance (basic electrical, general carpentry, and painting experience a plus)
- 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Door Services preferred
- Adept at installing door operators, specialty doors, dock equipment, and gate systems
- High degree of safety awareness
- Skilled at developing and maintaining client relationships including participation in client meetings
- Ability to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
- Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
- Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
- Able to service and install commercial and residential overhead doors / garage doors / man doors
- Aptitude for maintaining truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
- Experience in servicing and installing overhead doors
- Knowledge of overhead and man door preventative maintenance and inspections
- Ability to use and maintain equipment and job-related tooling safely and properly
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic computing skills, including the ability to modify and monitor work order management system
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Keen eye for detail and highly organized
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing a variety of door related components
- Strong mechanical aptitude

Pay Range: $32 - $37 per hour; depending on knowledge and experience.
Bonus: $500 for 90 days of employment; an additional $500 at six months of employment.
- Available nights and weekends for emergencies on a rotational basis with other team members
