Adequately schedule field staff to accomplish project goals
Assist the Corporate Survey Manager and other departments managers as required prepare project reports
Assist in Bid Solicitations & Proposals
Direct and prepare field crews for construction staking, topographic mapping, and other related Land survey tasks
Periodically assess employee performance
Review of deliverables and delivery of products
Survey related computations, resolutions, boundary plats, topo base plans and exhibits
Manage personnel of 2 to 6 employees
Administrative Tasks: Timesheets, GPS logs, mileage logs, trucks and equipment
Manage projects to ensure completion within schedule and budget
Assist with bids and proposals
Directly manage complex technical Land Survey projects

Required: registered Professional Licensed Surveyor in Missouri
Preferred: registered Professional Licensed Surveyor in Missouri and Illinois
Must have a minimum of 5 years of survey field experience and 2 years office management experience
Working Knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation
Knowledge of Field to Finish Survey Procedures.
Working Knowledge of GPS and GPS data processing; control networks and adjustments
