Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years experience in grading and earthwork construction, previous supervision experience, and the ability to travel to project locations throughout the Southwest United States. Preferred experience in residential grading projects.
HEAVY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
This is a safety-sensitive position which requires operating company equipment and as such, you should be able to pass an MVR (clean driving record), drug screen, be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs, sit, stand, kneel, walk in rough, uneven terrain and work in all weather conditions.
Rummel Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent. This position is responsible for directing field personnel, administering good construction safety practices, and communicating effectively with all on-site activities. We are looking for someone who has run heavy equipment on grading projects, trained others and delivered projects on time. This role will support most projects throughout Arizona.
