As a Project Coordinator supporting the Engineering Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and cross‑functional alignment. Your work ensures projects stay on schedule and within scope, stakeholders remain informed, and leadership has reliable data to make informed decisions. Through proactive coordination, documentation management, and process improvement, you will directly contribute to the successful execution of complex engineering initiatives.
- Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to Engineering leadership.
- Coordinate interdepartmental workflows and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Track project scope, cost, schedules, and deliverables for large or complex initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and validate project and operational data for reporting and decision‑making.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and system tools to monitor project performance.
- Identify and implement enhancements to reporting, dashboards, or system functionality.
- Process and document project change requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain critical project documentation and internal records to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in developing training materials and support training efforts for project teams.
- Facilitate and participate in SCRUM meetings, including daily or weekly stand‑ups.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports for leadership and executive teams.
- Ensure project teams have the tools, resources, and information required to complete tasks.
- Communicate project requirements, timelines, and processes with functional managers and customers.
- Recommend and implement data‑driven process improvements.
- Report project status, risks, timelines, and deliverables to senior leadership.
- Provide coordination and scheduling support for executive team members as needed.

- Required: High School Diploma or GED; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
- Preferred: SCRUM certification, experience with global/distributed teams, background in telecommunications.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check, and work EST hours.
