Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil or environmental engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental consulting.
Demonstrated experience in preparing proposals and executing work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Some travel, early start times, and occasional night or weekend work will be required.
