Provide mentorship and training to less experienced divers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field, including equipment malfunctions, environmental challenges, or emergent safety concerns.
Ensure all dive logs, reports, and safety records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all dive operations are conducted in full compliance with ADCI Consensus Standards, U.S. Coast Guard regulations, and site-specific safety protocols.
Serve as the designated Dive Supervisor on underwater projects involving inspection, construction, repair, and maintenance.
Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of dive spreads and support vessels.
Review jobsite safety daily and document and resolve issues immediately.
Understand and monitor all applicable Federal, state, and local safety and occupational health standards.

Minimum of 5 years of diving experience, including 2+ years as a dive supervisor
Valid CPR, First Aid, Oxygen Administration, and AED certifications
Proven experience in field technician roles, with a track record of successful completion of assigned projects.
Familiarity with surface-supplied air diving systems, underwater tools, NDT methods, and inspection reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in AEC industry
A valid driver’s license.
Commercial Diving Certification from an accredited institution
DOT-compliant medical examination and fitness to dive
Experience with bridge, dam, or waterfront structure inspections
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
