Tracking and reporting of hand over packages to ensure completion records are closed progressively

Identify process improvement opportunities including analysis of common defect types to reduce rework and delays
Work under the instruction of the Completion Manager to oversee all completion activities for assigned projects contributing to NWPA program of Works
Provide onsite support during rail occupations to ensure completion deliverables are achieved
Proactively engage with each Stakeholder to facilitate approval of completion and handover documentation
Provide high level assurance support in relation to completions, including the development and implementation of supporting materials such as completion guidelines, training resources and systems/process documentation
Ensure all completion artefacts / deliverables are accurately represented in the Primavera (P6) program, with critical paths identified and monitored to support timely achievement of completion milestones and overall project delivery
Guides others to create a culture of collaboration; Identifies opportunities to work with other teams to deliver outcomes
Work actively with Interface Managers to address non ARO stakeholder requirements (e.g. VicTrack, DTP, Melbourne Water) ensuring effective coordination and compliance
Liaise with relevant Stakeholders to resolve issues or address rejections
Facilitate the verification and closure of defects identified by Stakeholders
Review and approve all Completion documentation prior to formal submission to Stakeholders
Ensure that ARTO’s Work Readiness compliance requirements are adhered to and implemented within project timeframe
Prepare and delivery monthly reports to the Alliance Management team (AMT), provide regular updates and risk reporting to Project Management team (PMT) and proactively escalate issues to management as required

Major Projects experience demonstrated working in Completions

Demonstrates strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment
