- Soumettre des rapports de projet au (à la) gestionnaire de région et partager à la gestion les progrès et les zones de risque du projet pour lesquels elle doit être informée.
- Assurer la gestion globale de la construction de la pré-construction jusqu’à l’achèvement, dont la conception, la coordination, le budget et l’échéancier, de concert avec le (la) surintendant(e).
- Préparer des factures régulières, opportunes et exactes pour les maîtres d’ouvrage, et s’assurer du paiement rapide des factures du sous-traitant.
- Assurer la gestion globale de la construction, de la pré-construction à sa finalisation, y compris la conception, la coordination, le budget et le calendrier, en collaboration avec le surintendant.
- Diriger les réunions du projet avec les parties internes et externes pour suivre et soutenir le perfectionnement et la progression continue de l’équipe.
- Suivre, comprendre et prévoir les rapports de coût du projet pour s’assurer qu’ils sont en accord avec l’estimation et que le flux de trésorerie reste positif.
- Rencontrer les maîtres d’ouvrage et les architectes avec professionnalisme et être en mesure de communiquer efficacement les préoccupations et les intérêts fondamentaux de l’entreprise.

- Un minimum de 15 années d’expérience dans les constructions ICI et un minimum de 8 années d’expérience dans un rôle de gestionnaire de projet.
- Une expérience avec les fondations profondes ou la coulée du béton est un atout.
- Vous avez la capacité d’encadrer et de déléguer avec confiance à une grande équipe, tout en développant et entretenant des relations solides avec le client.
