Review loans that are transferred to Special Servicing, learning how Performing Asset Management and Construction Management work together to resolve issues throughout the loan life cycle.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct market and property-level research to provide context for loans and asset performance.
Review borrowers draw requests, validate against budgets, documentation and inspection reports.
Assist in identifying potential risks such as delays, budget overruns, or compliance gaps.
Track and identify construction progress, schedules, and variances.
Comply with all Company procedures for training, compliance, audits, and reporting.
Assist in monitoring loan performance, borrower compliance, and key deadlines such as maturities, extensions, and covenants.
Assist Primary (core) Servicing representatives in significant market events outreach efforts, as needed.
Prepare analysis of property operating information in accordance with CRE industry standards.
Support preparation of internal reports, trackers, dashboards and portfolio summaries.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing degree in finance, real estate, business, construction management or related field (Finance and Construction Management preferred).
