Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to rent and drive a car and tarvel on public conveyances when required
Industry recognition in polymers and/or polymer composite materials
Willingness and ability to travel, up to 5% of the time
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset with the capacity to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment alongside diverse individuals, including clients and colleagues
Ability to regularly lift 25lbs and wear a respirator
Experience running tests at high pressure
Experience with proposal generation
Five or more (5+) years of laboratory testing experience is strongly desired
Experience running mechanical, physical, and chemical tests to evaluate performance and degradation mechanisms
Ability to identify new research areas in a quickly changing energy industry

Experience in hydrogen

Experience in project management, with understanding of technical interfaces and project finance management
