Overview

Inspect and ensure construction quality on major airport project in Toronto.

Tasks

-Coach, mentor and support the career development of project staff -Ensures that the contractor is taking the steps necessary to meet quality requirements. -Monitors, observes, and evaluates that the construction work being performed is in general conformance with the Contract Documents -Prepares daily reports and provides updates to the Construction Manager accordingly

What You Bring

-Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders including contractors and other site personnel. -Good understanding of reporting requirements and experience in providing management reports. -Minimum 3 years of on-site experience. -Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Construction Inspector or similar role -Minimum 3 years of professional experience in large complex projects. -Recognized qualification in project or construction management or relevant profession.
