The role is responsible for end‑to‑end project order delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through effective management of project activities and resources. It oversees planning and execution within defined operational frameworks and standard functional practices, with some autonomy but guided judgment as needed.
Key responsibilities include owning the entire order fulfilment process from receipt to final delivery, validating customer orders for pricing, configuration, delivery terms and contractual compliance, and ensuring accurate order booking, confirmation, invoicing and shipment documentation in SAP. The role must deliver customer KPIs such as on‑time delivery, quality and service defect rate, as well as organizational KPIs like sales, margin, cash and inventory.
Collaboration is essential: the incumbent coordinates with sales, manufacturing, finance, transportation and commissioning teams to meet customer commitments, forecasts demand on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, manages inventory for optimum utilization, and handles escalations through root‑cause analysis and resolution. Compliance with GE EHS policy, internal controls, audit requirements and company policies is mandatory, alongside preparation of regular reports and dashboards for management decision‑making.

- Deliver customer KPIs (OTD, Quality, SDR) and organizational KPIs (sales, margin, cash, inventory).
- Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, finance, transportation and commissioning teams.
- Forecast demand monthly, quarterly and annually aligned with sales and finance targets.
- Manage inventory to meet priority requirements while protecting margins.
- Resolve customer escalations with root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure 100 % compliance with GE EHS policy and internal controls.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation and 4‑6 years of project management and planning experience. Desired characteristics are strong planning and organisational skills, leadership and stakeholder management, analytical thinking, adaptability, resilience, and excellent verbal and written communication. Flexibility to travel on short notice according to customer and operational needs is also required.
