Consolidate updates from Team Leaders (TLs) and maintain real-time dashboards
Collaborate with operations and site teams to track milestone billing

Conduct weekly zonal review meetings with RCCHS
Conduct cancellation analysis to identify root causes and financial impact

Follow up with team to generate REDCo leads
Prepare AOP / CBE – Collection Target
Coordinate follow-ups on REDCo leads to ensure timely conversion
Develop aging reports, bucket analysis, and delinquency trends
Assist in cash flow forecasting based on collection trends
Track and report progress against collection AOP, CBE & efficiency across projects and teams
Recommend strategies to reduce cancellations and improve retention

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
