Assist on maintaining calibrated equipment
Assist with all necessary requirements to meet or exceed ISO certification, as well as represent GTM as the ISO compliance specialist / liaison.
Ensure inspection processes and documentation are carried out.
Participate in quality investigations.
Analyze quality data to promote continual improvement.
Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Responsible for ensuring nonconformance & corrective action procedures are followed and documented.
Assist with QMS maintenance.
Train and instruct current and new employees.

Technical understanding of NDT methods and procedures used in the Power and Aero Industries.
Candidates must meet or exceed core competency expectations for safety, quality, productivity, attendance/punctuality, and teamwork.
Technical understanding of software, hardware, networks, etc.
Solid understanding of all NDT equipment used in repairing turbine parts and components.
Ability to function as Internal Auditor.
Candidates must have a mechanical aptitude and use strong working knowledge of common precision tools.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems in a logical and effective manner.
Adaptable to changing schedules.
Able analyze data and present trends.
Proficiency in use of calibrated tooling.
Knowledge of communication principles and practices.
Technical understanding of basic machining.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple job assignments.
3 years of experience in quality
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Knowledge of Gas Turbine parts.
Foundational knowledge of the PROENERGY Quality Management System.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Ability to follow directions and procedures.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
