This position requires periodic travel to national division offices, generally 1-2 times per month for 1-2 days at a time, or as business needs dictate.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of translating complex information into compelling narratives.
Deep expertise in pricing strategy, demand forecasting, sales enablement, and competitive market analysis.
Strong analytical acumen with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives across multiple departments and business units.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
3–5 years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, sales operations, or business analytics—ideally within the homebuilding or real estate industry.
High degree of initiative, ownership, and results orientation; able to drive progress independently while managing ambiguity.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of the homebuilding industry, economic cycles, and local market dynamics preferred.
