- Identifies, defines and monitors performance-related KPI metrics and holds department personnel accountable to achieving departmental standards
- Develops and implements quarterly count processes and adjusts them as necessary to ensure complete and accurate inventory level reporting
- Trains new employees in all aspects of the job including but not limited to material tracking and documentation as well as job-specific operation of utilized equipment
- Creates and executes supply procurement and management plans that maximize availability, cost effectiveness and contract requirement compliance of materials for all Company locations
- Plans, develops, and implements warehouse safety and security programs and activities
- Manages shipping instructions and provides routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated
- Develops policies and procedures for handling and movement of materials within each warehouse/yard location in compliance with all SOX and other compliance requirements
- Manages the activities of inventory personnel and yard workers on an ongoing basis
- Manages inventory levels and assists with obsolete stock issues
- Resolves problems concerning transportation, logistics systems or customer issues
- Interviews, selects, and trains inventory department personnel as required by location
- Analyzes and researches material margins and discrepancies to ensure material reporting is accurate to support the overall profitability of each project
- Communicates with individuals at all levels of the organization to achieve compliance with material tracking processes and procedures

- Ability to travel throughout the Company footprint as required
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Financial Accounting or other related field and 5 years of Supply Chain Management experience; or combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience in a SOX compliant role strongly preferred
- General understanding of Business Financial and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance
- Strong negotiator and consensus builder
- Occasionally: physical ability or exposure, physical ability or exposure, physical ability or exposure
- Proficient word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and cloud-based computer skills are required. Working knowledge of Google suite of applications strongly preferred
- Ability to safely operate forklift, telehandler and skid steer equipment

- Proven leadership in a cross functional team environment
