Knowledge of confined space entry, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and other safety. programs.
Must be able to distinguish colors and communicate effectively via verbal, written, and electronic means.
Must be in excellent physical condition and comply with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
Proficiency with electronic safety systems and applications.
BCSP Desired.
Solid working knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., stooping, climbing, prolonged standing/sitting, and working in potentially hazardous environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills as the position involves interfacing with customers and on-site personnel. Candidate must be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and excel for presentations, reports and other uses.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
Proficiency with EXCEL, WORD and other Microsoft Office Suite programs.
At least 3-5 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental programs.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
Understand and apply protocols specific to CBA employees and various skilled trades.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with AR 385-10 and other Department of the Army safety regulations.
Ability to apply and interpret Federal OSHA regulations and other standards (Building Code, National Electric Code, National Fire Protection Association), and have good oral and written communication skills
