- Réaliser des relevés sur site et analyser les besoins techniques.
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants pour obtenir des prix compétitifs.
- Préparer des estimations détaillées des coûts (main-d’œuvre, matériaux, équipements, sous-traitance).
- Rédiger les offres de services et les soumissions techniques.
- Assurer le suivi des coûts réels vs estimés.

- Minimum 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du Facility Management ou de la construction.
- Respecter les normes de sécurité, les codes du bâtiment et les exigences réglementaires locales (RBQ, CNEB 2015-Qc, etc.).
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et devis techniques.
- Expérience dans l’estimation de projets HVAC et multi-techniques (électricité, plomberie, contrôle, etc.).
- Solutions d’efficacité énergétiques et plan de décarbonation ;
- Possibilité d’évoluer au sein de la compagnie;
- Certification AEÉCQ (Association des estimateurs et des économistes de la construction du Québec) fortement recommandée.
- Solutions pour le transport et la mobilité.
- Équilibre travail et vie personnelle;
- Orientation client et sens du service.
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en technologie du génie civil, mécanique du bâtiment, estimation ou architecture.
- Connaissance des systèmes CVAC, des principes de transfert thermique, et des exigences de récupération de chaleur.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
- Gestion intégrée d’actifs et d’installations (Integrated Facility Management) ;
- Maîtrise des logiciels d’estimation (ex. : Excel, CostX, ProEst).
- Intégrer les exigences d’efficacité énergétique et de ventilation propres au climat québécois avec l’esprit de développement durable.
- Connaissance du Code de construction du Québec, du CNEB 2015-Qc, et des normes de la RBQ.
- Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’analyse.
