What you would be doing
engine cleaning

trade coordination
- Conducting regular engine room cleaning
- Maintaining and troubleshooting auxiliary systems including: Water purification units, Air conditioning, Satellite navigation, Generators and other electrical/mechanical systems
- Waxing exterior surfaces and polishing stainless-steel fittings
- Ensuring vessels are safe, operational and always ready for use
- Flushing outboard motors and ensuring proper care of jet skis and tenders
- Assisting with vessel refits and yard maintenance work
- Washing, polishing, and maintaining all external glass
- Keeping detailed maintenance logs and scheduling required services or trades
- Coordinating and oversight of external trades for specialised repairs and servicing
- Cleaning, treating, and maintaining teak decking surfaces
- Performing thorough exterior washdowns across all vessels

- Three jet skis and associated marine equipment
- Previous detailing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Unique sailing and boating experiences, both locally and abroad
- A valid Boat Licence (desirable) and Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience on or around yachts, with a genuine love for the ocean
- A 50-foot racing catamaran
- A 100-foot Horizon superyacht and Zodiac tender
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- A 70-foot Sunreef sailing catamaran and Smuggler tender
- Deckhand duties across all vessels, predominantly sailing
- A professional and friendly working environment
- A 29-foot Mako centre console
- A permanent full-time role (40 hrs per week) with a generous remuneration package
