Project Manager (Wastewater)

Description

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to scope.
• Manage end-to-end execution of wastewater construction projects, including water lines, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and structural concrete work.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications; resolve design or field issues proactively with engineers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews, ensuring alignment with project specifications and milestones.
• Lead progress meetings with clients, engineers, and internal teams; provide regular status reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading civil plans and specifications.
• Must have General Contractor experience working on WW projects.
• Familiarity with construction management software and digital reporting tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, project controls, and field operations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 6+ years of project management experience in water, wastewater construction.
