Working with VDC Coordinators, Field & Shop personnel to ensure accurate & timely delivery of product to job sites.
Taking approved design batches to manufacture.
Downloading manufacturing data from VDC/BIM drawings to CAM software.
Production of annotated & dimensioned spool drawings for shop use.
Batching components into files to suit shop manufacturing requirements.
Review of batches for quality & manufacturability.
Review of individual components for quality & manufacturability.
Spooling of pipe or duct, generating assembly and skid drawings, and production spool maps for field assembly.
Must coordinate own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities under established procedures.
Defining spools for shop manufacture and field installation.
