  • Develop and manage baseline and construction (target) programmes.
  • Generate progress reports, performance dashboards, and risk reviews.
  • Lead on programme coordination with the wider team and supply chain.
  • Develop 4D and 2D planning visuals, construction methodology, and logistics sequencing.
  • Support project directors in assessing programme risk and sequencing strategy.
  • Report directly into the Regional Planning Lead and Director, with visibility at senior levels.
