Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial food‑service equipment. Technicians work independently while coordinating schedules with dispatch, documenting work on company iPads, and delivering exceptional customer service, including answering questions and identifying additional service needs.
- Perform service, repair, installation, and maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment.

- Coordinate daily schedules with dispatch and communicate delays or changes professionally.

- Participate in rotating on‑call shifts for emergency service needs.
