Be a thought leader and offer suggestions, ideas, and alternatives, especially around newly exposed techniques and technologies.

Be willing to work with other summer student employees to exchange knowledge, answer questions, and learn best practices.
Engineering / Science –Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
Ideally have completed a group engineering design project with a focus on project management, responsible task completion, and group work.
Must be willing to ask questions and learn from technical mentors and engineers at EPRI.
Have knowledge about data architectures and data management practices.
Be willing to take on challenges and work with functions, codes, and concepts that are outside of the typical knowledge base.
Certifications, knowledge of secure coding practices, and affiliation with professional societies.
Have exposure to coding capability in Python, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, VBS, CSS, .NET framework, HTML, and/or other standard languages are a plus.
Be in their junior or senior year as an undergraduate or enrolled as a graduate student.

Benefits
Undergraduate: $16-29 per hour

Ph.D: $27-34 per hour
