The 2026 Summer Internship Program runs from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026, and candidates must be available to start on May 18 and remain for the full duration.
To be considered, you must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, be a sophomore or junior planning to enroll in a degree‑seeking program after the summer, and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Required skills include strong interest in HR strategy, adaptability, attention to detail, professional demeanor, customer‑service orientation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Join the HR team for a dynamic 12‑week internship where you will gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, learn how HR drives business success, contribute to projects, and build a professional network.
You will gain a broad view of HR’s impact on business outcomes, exposure to HR Business Partner responsibilities and Center of Excellence specialties such as Talent, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition, and networking opportunities with HR professionals and leaders.
