- Perform residential electrical service calls: diagnose issues, present solutions, and execute high‑quality repairs.

- Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential solar PV systems, including inverter and optimizer replacements, module testing, and wiring corrections.
- Troubleshoot production, shading, and monitoring failures; correct installation deficiencies.
- Provide recommendations and quotes for system upgrades, repairs, or modernizations.
- Prepare equipment, parts, and tool lists for each job.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure efficient service flow.
- Document all work with photos and notes; collect signatures and complete service paperwork for accurate job costing.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work vehicle.
- Work safely on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces.
