  • Liaising with the Company’s external stakeholders such as NSDL, ROC, Kfintech, etc.
  • Coordinating with Secretarial Auditor, Statutory Auditor and Internal Auditor for secretarial compliances.
  • Conducting Board Meetings.
  • Preparation of various agreements related to secretarial compliance.
  • Maintenance of statutory registers.
  • Dematerialization of Securities, Transfer of Shares.
  • Preparation of Annual Disclosures of the Directors of the Company.
  • Updating the Company website as per the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Drafting of Notice, Agenda, Resolutions, and Minutes of various meetings of the Board, Committees of the Board and General Meetings.
  • Form filings on MCA portal and related documentation as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Independently handle the secretarial compliances of a group of Subsidiary and Associate Companies, including:
  • Preparation of Board’s Report.
  • Analysis of changes in Corporate Laws and informing the management.
  • Handling day-to-day Board Resolutions, DSC, POA and other document requests from other departments.
  • Pre and post Board Meeting compliances.
  • Inspection of public documents of companies on the MCA portal.
