Lead on data gathering and administration of International Reward reporting requirements.
Maintain the reward proposal register.
Support the annual compensation review process, including salary, bonus and LTI programs by drafting proposal review reports, calibration review reports, preparing project timelines, project plans and proposal review templates.
Ensure Reward practices comply with internal policies.
Handle confidential data with care and ensure all necessary security measures are taken.
Lead the CRH International good leaver request process by liaising with the HR Leadership team, drafting requests, obtaining HRD support and communicating approved requests.
Any other ad hoc projects that involve Reward data, in close alignment with HR stakeholders. These currently include preparation for compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Support job evaluation activities and maintain the CRH International job evaluation and grading database.
Lead monthly salary, bonus and job information audits and ongoing data consistency checks.
Lead the communication of annual LTI awards with reports generated for the HR Leadership Team.
Prepare for LTI vesting events by confirming sell to cover rates with relevant countries and identifying personalised sell to cover rates where these are required. Support with ad hoc LTI award and vesting queries and cash out calculations.
Define potential system and process improvements.
Lead the CRH International bonus scheme review process by creating a bonus plan master list for eligible employees, reviewing bonus plan arrangements, maintaining the active bonus plan list, coordinating with the HR Information System team for changes to be updated in integrated systems.
Prepare draft compensation proposals for all senior hires or promotions.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor reward metrics and KPI’s.
Support the execution of reward strategies across multiple geographies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform reward decisions.
Maintain and enhance reward related systems, tools and processes.
Support with the preparation of communication materials to support reward events including emails, PowerPoint presentations and project plans.
Support the regular maintenance of our compensation management system.
Collaborate with CRH International Reward, Group Reward, HR, HR Operations and the Company Secretary Office.
Act as the point of contact for Talent in providing position reports as needed and people week support as requested.
Support Merger, Acquisition and Divestment activities with drafting agreements, and calculating and arranging associated payments.
Lead on Company Secretary data review interactions including participant reviews and pre vesting validation checks.
Provide expert advice and guidance on reward matters and respond to data queries from internal stakeholders including the CRH International HR Leadership team and their reports.
Develop and execute necessary audit queries for HR data integrity.

Ability to work independently and be flexible, with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to understand processes and systems with flexibility to deploy these in a fast-paced people-oriented environment while always maintaining excellent service.
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in HR or Finance.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Work, PowerPoint and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
Experience in international reward practices and global mobility.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.
