Ensures accurate documentation of work performed in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Monitors compliance with all safety standards, OSHA regulations, and TDIndustries policies.
Responds to high-priority service requests and emergency situations, providing rapid and effective solutions.
Leads and executes preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
Installs, calibrates, and repairs complex building system components and controls.
Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor to Building Technician I and II staff, providing on-the-job training and guidance.
Provides direct customer communication and technical explanations to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborates with management to recommend upgrades, replacements, or energy efficiency improvements.
Performs advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical building systems.
Proficiency with CMMS software and basic computer applications.
5+ years of progressive building maintenance or mechanical systems experience.
Valid driver’s license required; applicable industry certifications (EPA, HVAC, electrical, etc.) highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for complex building systems.
Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in a variety of physical environments, and respond to emergency situations.
High School Diploma or GED required; trade school, technical certifications, or associate degree strongly preferred.
