Support preconstruction and proposal development with clear, organized cost breakdowns
Review drawings, specs, and scope documents to identify materials, quantities, and cost drivers

Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
5+ years of estimating experience in vertical construction
Background in residential and commercial building projects
