Assist Planning and Project Management team to develop dynamic dashboards and KPIs.
Participate in providing project status updates as required.
Collect and collate data to track performance.
Assist Principal Planning manager and team with Planning, analysis and other procedural improvements.

Prepare or file documents related to the project.
Develop skills and knowledge in a real-world mega project environment.
Support the development and integration of documentation processes to ensure consistency and accuracy within the department and the organization.

The successful candidate should be working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong data analysis capabilities and knowledge of Power BI considered an asset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work with complex data and ensure precision in reporting.
Must be available to work 40 hours per week onsite.
Ability to interpret production data and provide actionable insights.
Completion of the second or third year of an undergraduate degree, or currently pursuing a master’s degree, is preferred.
Junior or Senior standing or enrolled in a Master’s program.
