Proven experience coordinating and technically managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to communicate appropriately to different audiences.
Microsoft 365 (M365) administration and security
Management of network devices (Meraki network devices preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of data center operations, networks, storage, computer, and client-level systems
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of ITIL principles; ITIL training or certification preferred.
Experience managing both cloud and on-premises infrastructures; background in Azure preferred.
RMM tools (Ninja One preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure roles including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
Proficient in both cloud and on-premises infrastructures including Microsoft Azure administration, management of virtual machines, storage, networking, security, and cost optimization across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
Demonstrated success in IT due diligence, M&A integration, and divestiture.
Ability to manage, mentor, and develop IT personnel.
