What you would be doing
- Leveraging your expertise in NEC contracts to drive results.
- Contribute towards effective interaction between the Commercial Team and the operational site teams
- Help to identify and prepare Early Warnings and Compensation Events to client
- Be proactive in the management of subcontract accounts
- Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans
- Accurate valuation of subcontract accounts including processing of payments and payment notices in line with the subcontract conditions and deadlines
- Applying strong problem solving skills to enhance efficiency and innovation in your role.
- Hold a good understanding of the processes and procedures and assist in their development and improvement
- Liaise with the client, client representatives and other third parties on commercial issues, including agreement of variations, claims and additional payments
- Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at project level / work stream
- Help ensure that internal commercial processes are adhered to across Area 7
