Support the Senior Commercial team in the end-to-end commercial process for the Area 7 contract, manage subcontract accounts and liaise with clients on commercial issues.
Leveraging your expertise in NEC contracts to drive results.
Contribute towards effective interaction between the Commercial Team and the operational site teams
Help to identify and prepare Early Warnings and Compensation Events to client
Be proactive in the management of subcontract accounts
Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans
Accurate valuation of subcontract accounts including processing of payments and payment notices in line with the subcontract conditions and deadlines
Applying strong problem solving skills to enhance efficiency and innovation in your role.
Hold a good understanding of the processes and procedures and assist in their development and improvement
Liaise with the client, client representatives and other third parties on commercial issues, including agreement of variations, claims and additional payments
Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at project level / work stream
Help ensure that internal commercial processes are adhered to across Area 7
