To comply with STATS and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
Provide guidance and support to regional quality teams.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
Ensure all accidents / incidents / near misses / hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is complete.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, HSE, HR) to ensure quality objectives are met.
Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Oversee QA and QC processes for products, services, and operations.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Ensure timely closure of audit findings and maintain certification status for all group entities.
The Group Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) across all global operations. This role ensures compliance with international standards, oversees Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities, and coordinates ISO audits for the group. The position drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Develop strategy, implement, and maintain the global QMS/IMS in alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external ISO audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Drive initiatives to continually improve quality performance, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Ensure consistent application of quality policies and procedures across all regions and business units.

STATS Internal Courses – Basic Level
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in quality management within a global or multi-site organization. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
COSHH Awareness
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different regions and cultures.
Ability to adapt
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
