The role involves acting as a liaison between clients and internal users to facilitate the collection of client‑provided and contractor‑supplied materials. It includes coordinating with the Logistics Department and delivery points to ensure complete documentation and timely delivery, while monitoring material movements and maintaining accurate records. The incumbent will supervise handling, housekeeping, receipts, issuance, identification, preservation and reconciliation activities, and ensure all issued items are inspected, certified and in good condition. Additionally, they will work with various sections to secure required materials, maintain inventory of all items, and manage departmental invoices by allocating cost codes, registering records, and tracking payment status with Finance.
Offshore responsibilities encompass issuing SDIVs for various spreads, following up on back orders according to mobilization plans, and guaranteeing that all issued items are inspected and certified. The position requires coordination with the NOD Base to secure materials before ordering, preparation and maintenance of material cargo lists, and collaboration with the Logistics team to ensure proper documentation. It also involves providing data sheets and technical details for items sent offshore and expediting the sourcing and delivery of materials to meet offshore project requirements.
