  • Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various technical and non-technical roles within the Global Technology Center.
  • Manage end-to-end Hire to Retire processes.
  • Maintain HR records and compile reports for management review, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  • Handle employee grievances in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labour laws and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organizational development projects.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to propose continuous improvements in HR policies and processes.
  • Co-ordinate for training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge in alignment with organizational goals.
