The Inventory Cycle Counter role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting, reconciliation, and continuous improvement, supporting Lean manufacturing principles and ensuring the right parts are available for production.
- Perform daily cycle counts using Lean prioritization (ABC classification) and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Oracle EBS ERP system.
- Identify root causes of inventory errors and recommend corrective actions.
- Support 5S, visual management, and proper material labeling.
- Communicate with production, planning, and warehouse teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with physical inventory audits and participate in Kaizen events.
- Operate forklift and pallet jack safely according to company standards.
- Provide training on inventory control best practices to team members.
- Ensure timely availability of parts for production lines.
- Meet attendance and meeting participation expectations.

- Required: High School Diploma/GED, basic Excel skills, ability to lift 50 lb.
- Preferred: Associate degree, 1–3 years inventory/warehouse experience, Lean manufacturing knowledge.
- Experience with Oracle ERP (EBS) and familiarity with BOMs, routings, and material flow.
