Description

• Create KPI Dashboards for services;
• Contribute to the billing & chargeback model proposed to the customer;
• Define Network & Security Infrastructure services;
• Ensure proper documentation;
• Respect Cyber requirements for Service design;
• Design and maintain new Network and Security Services;
• Ensure transition to operations of the Services;
• Ensure proper level of Backup;
• Operation and maintenance of buildings and equipment (including district heating and cooling);
• Define service Monitoring, backup, service Request and support escalation path;
• Ensure level 3 support with vendors escalation when required;
• Conduct RFP for the right Technology choice;
• Ensuring proper transition of run activities to service partner operational teams;
• Ensure Standard and Cybersecurity rules are respected.
• Ensure proper monitoring defining the monitoring rules;
• Arrange webinars on major features and changes concerning CI/CD Services delivered;
• Assume level 3 support on the Services;
• Produce KPI based on services delivered;
• Contribute to Security Audits and Remediation.
• Contribute to Cost optimization of Managed Services;
• Maintain the Product lifecycle;
• Present Feature creation, updates or improvement to the Design Authority and Architecture Review Board;

Requirements

• Expertise in Zscaler;
• Expertise in Firewalling (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto);
• Location: Canada, preferred (near) Montreal or Toronto;
• Knowledge of other IT infrastructure domains: desktop, identity management (AD, Entra ID, SSO, MFA), messaging and collaboration (O365) and cyber security;
• Expertise in Routing & Switching (CCIE R&S required, Juniper switching);
• A certification is highly recommended (Cisco, Juniper, AWS, Azure, ZScaler);
• Energy efficiency solutions and execution of decarbonization roadmaps;
• KPI Dashboards;
• Sense of service and quality;
• Good Knowledge in SD WAN Solutions (Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Viptela);
• Logical and analytical mind;
• Ability to work as part of a team, both in person and remotely;
• Agile and adaptable;
• Ability to identify problems and propose/evaluate solutions.
• Ability to work in collaboration with an external provider;
• Good knowledge of ITIL and Demand Management: Projects, Release/Change Management, Operations processes;
• Good Knowledge in NAC Solution (Cisco ISE);
• Expertise in Wifi solution (Cisco Meraki, Juniper);
• Good communicator;
• Expertise in Site to Site VPN (Fortinet, Cisco);
• Building automation and systems;
• Computer engineering degree or equivalent;
• A representative experience in handling relationships with external service providers;
• Frequency of English use: Regular.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills;
• Need to have Canadian citizenship for at least 5 years;
• At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position in a company of similar size;
• Ability to pass all background checks and security screenings;
• Level of spoken and written English: Advanced;
• Ability to interact with people at all levels and cultures;
• Level of spoken and written French: Advanced;
• Good knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (AWS and Azure);
